Come and discover how the beautiful Category B-listed timber-framed West Boat House building was carefully repaired and thoughtfully restored. Built in 1905 to house two rowing clubs, Clydesdale ARC and Clyde ARC. The building suffered significant decay over the years leading to a major renovation program which started in 2019, reopening in March 2023.

The West Boat House will be hosting guided, bookable hourly tours.
The building is located on the River Clyde in Glasgow Green.
Visitors will be shown around the renovated boathouse by members of the rowing clubs and will learn about the history of the boathouse and rowing on the Clyde.
There will also be some images of the boathouse before the renovation.
