For Doors Open Days 2026, Glasgow Print Studio invites visitors to explore the spaces where creativity happens.

Join us for free drop-in tours of our busy printmaking workshop, offering a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes of a working artists’ studio and discover the traditional and contemporary processes used to create original prints.

Usually closed to the general public, the workshop is the heart of Glasgow Print Studio, where artists have gathered to make, experiment and collaborate for over fifty years.

Visitors can also explore selections from our archive with our archivist, uncovering stories from Glasgow’s cultural past through photographs, posters and ephemera.

Highlights include material from legendary Glasgow Print Studio social nights out such as The Ugliest and Loveliest Nights of the Year, alongside posters and printed matter produced at Glasgow Print Studio that document the city's vibrant artistic and social life.

From grassroots cultural movements to iconic events, discover how Glasgow Print Studio has played a role in bringing people together, fostering creativity, and helping shape the city's cultural landscape.

Based within T103 building, a centre for the arts & creativity based in Glasgow’s Merchant city.

Glasgow Print Studio is an open Access fine art printmaking workshop with 2 gallery spaces, framing service and archive room.

Promoting contemporary and innovative printmaking, supporting the development of artists practices.

Its state-of-the-art workshop lies at the centre of its activities, which encompass publishing and exhibition programmes, learning events, printmaking courses, print sales and archive collection spanning over 50yrs of Scottish contemporary printmaking produced in the West of Scotland.
