Join us for a walk starting at Snuffmill Bridge, along the west bank of the River Cart in Linn Park.

Exploring and learning about locations, now back to nature, where industry started and developed from the 17th century onwards.

Features that, while looking natural, are the man made remnants of mills, quarrying and mining.

Return to Snuff Mill Bridge forming a loop just under 5km/3 miles.

SGHET champions and explores the histories and places of South Glasgow through a wide range of activities, publications, and projects from guidebooks and podcasts to blogs, talks, walks and other community ventures. For Doors Open Day we are conducting a series of guided southside walks.
