Our fun and friendly volunteers will invite you to explore a shared love of transport and social heritage through a guided tour of our collection of buses and the artefacts set in the historic context of Bridgeton Bus Garage, a building steeped in transport history.

Explore an impressive collection of over 130 buses, coaches, commercial vehicles, and fire engines.

The last purpose-built Glasgow Corporation bus garage.

Home to the Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust and its collection of over 130 vintage buses and commercial vehicles.

Each vehicle based at the Trust’s premises has its own section within the Stock List, allowing you to view more in depth information such as history, photos and on-going work.

We encourage everyone to help filling out missing gaps in vehicle histories, with the ultimate goal being that we have comprehensive information for all the vehicles based at Bridgeton.

Most of the garage is on the same level except our archive which is on the first floor with no lift. There is loads of free parking in the streets around the garage.
