Aye Run provide guided running tours of Glasgow - a unique way to explore and showcase the city, combining sightseeing, fitness and history!

Our tours are a fun, active way to discover the buildings, hidden sights and stories that make Glasgow such a special place.

A guide will lead your small group on a relaxed run through the city centre, stopping along the route to explore fascinating places, uncover hidden stories and look at Glasgow from a different perspective.

The tour lasts 90 mins and covers approximately 7km at a relaxed pace, with regular stops for stories and photos. If you can comfortably run 5km in 35 minutes, you’ll be fit enough to enjoy the tour. The focus is on exploring Glasgow, not a race!

Participants should arrive ready to run. no bag drop is available.
