Southside Changemakers​

Take ten minutes at each business to see and hear for yourself the work that each of these inspirational ventures carries out, and what makes them not-for-profit social enterprises with social/environmental/economic purposes. You will have the opportunity to look around the premises and find out what motivated the founders to get these businesses underway, and how they have contributed positive changes in their community.

​Take a tour of 7 social enterprises on the southside of Glasgow, including
- a children's boutique
- a supermarket
- a cafe
- an up-cycling project
- an environmental project
- a bicycle centre
- a music venue/arts hub

Accessibility: Limited accessibility - the walk will involve crossing several roads, and some of the pavements and paths through Queens Park are quite uneven.
Nearest Train/Subway: Pollokshields West; Queens Park
Parking: There is free roadside parking, but it is often difficult to find a space.
