Built between 1906 and 1907 by James Millar, the Edwardian A-listed Anchor Line and Atlantic Bar and Brasserie building has been renovated from a former booking office into Glasgow’s hottest new restaurants.
The Atlantic restaurant is steeped in Glasgow’s rich history. In 1938 The Empire Exhibition was held at Bellahouston Park and due to The Anchor Line’s reputation for luxury travel and outstanding food, they were invited to open a restaurant as part of the exhibition which saw 12 million people from around the globe visit our fair city. |
